Kelley was born in Burnaby, B.C., grew up in Maple Ridge, and currently resides in Coquitlam with her husband Bruce and three children. Kelley worked as a senior real estate conveyance secretary for 15 years before turning her professional ambitions to real estate sales in 2002. Kelley became a licensed Realtor in February, 2003. Her competitive nature, along with her engaging personality and her client-first approach, have been the keys to a very successful real estate career. She reached RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement status in 2015.
Kelley finds time for public appearances, speaking opportunities and volunteers her time to community endeavors. She is a strong role model for curlers, business professionals and young women across Canada.

In addition to her extensive real estate career, Kelley—along with her curling team "Team Law"—is also an Olympic medalist in curling.
